1/2 cup Skinnygirl™ Poppyseed Dressing
1 to 2 teaspoons curry powder
2 cups cut-up cooked chicken
1 cup chopped apple
½ cup halved red grapes
½ cup chopped celery
½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts
Boston lettuce leaves
Combine Skinnygirl Poppyseed Dressing with curry powder.
Toss with chicken, apple, grapes, celery and pecans.
