Honey Dijon Baked Salmon Recipe

¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons Skinnygirl™ Honey Dijon Dressing
1/4 cup whole wheat Panko bread crumbs
1/4 cup chopped pecans
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
4 (170 g) salmon fillets



  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Combine 2 tablespoons Skinnygirl Honey Dijon Dressing, bread crumbs, pecans and parsley; set aside
  2. Arrange salmon on parchment lined baking sheet. Top salmon with remaining Dressing.
  3. Sprinkle bread crumb mixture over salmon.
  4. Bake 12 minutes or until desired doneness.
