Spinach & Strawberry Salad Recipe

6 cups baby spinach
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 avocado, cut up
1 can (284 ml) mandarin oranges in juice, drained
2 tablespoons pepitos (pumpkin seeds), toasted if desired
¼ cup crumbled feta or your favourite vegan cheese
1/2 cup Skinnygirl™ Poppyseed Dressing


  1. Arrange spinach on serving platter. Top with strawberries, avocado, oranges and pepitos. Drizzle with Skinnygirl Poppyseed Dressing.

Feel free to add your favourite protein to this salad to make it a main dish.
